Cancellation policy

If a booking is cancelled with..

• 5 days or less before arrival then a charge equal to this first night of the stay will be made.
• less than 24 hours before arrival, a charge equal to the first 2 nights of the stay will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be taken.

Booking Reduction

• Requests for booking reductions must be provided with 5 days notice.
• Any requests with less than 5 days notice will be treated as cancellations as per our above conditions.

If a booking reduction is requested for the duration of the stay, after the arrival date, a charge of 20% of the reduction time will be charged.

In the event of damages

• In the unlikely event of any damages to anything in the room, you will be liable to pay for those damages.
• We reserve the right to charge the card on file for those damages.
